Yes, of course! All orders placed on our site will have a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
You will need to cancel the order and resubmit a new one. If the order has already shipped, you will not be able to cancel it. We are unfortunately unable to manually update order information after it has been submitted. For more assistance, please contact our team here.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
