Return Policy

To be eligible for a return and refund, please submit your request within 30 business days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests received after this timeframe.
Refund and Exchange Policy

I. Refund and Exchange ConditionsProduct Quality Issues:

  • We only accept returns due to product quality issues, such as damage or cracks on the desktop. If you find any of these quality issues within 30 days of receiving the product, you may apply for a return. We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Non-Quality Issues: We do not accept returns due to personal preferences, size mismatches, or other non-quality related issues.

II. Supplementary Shipping ConditionsMissing Accessories:

  • If any accessories for the product are missing, we will send you the missing items at no cost to you.
  • Please contact service@azdgamingdesk.com to obtain the return address.
  • For product quality issues, such as missing parts or broken panels, a replacement shipment will be sent without requiring return of the original item.

To ensure your items are securely returned to Azndesk, please pack them as follows:

  • Use the original packaging or a box of similar size.
  • Disassemble any product components that require assembly.

When returning items to Azndesk,please note:

  • For items valued over $35: Use a traceable shipping method.
  • If the package does not reach the seller and a traceable return method was not used, the seller will not be held responsible.

After we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to be reflected in your account. A notification detailing the return and refund status will be sent to you. Refunds may be delayed if:

The return shipment takes longer than expected.

  • A non-traceable shipping method was used.
  • The seller received an item different from what was ordered.
  • An item sold as new shows signs of use or damage upon return.
